CW: The Final Battle

Well, CW #6 is out, and we all know what to expect in issue #7: Time for an ass-kicking! What are you expecting? What do you wanna see?

My theories:
Iron Man takes down Cap.
Johnny and Spider-Man make short work of Venom.
Bullseye nearly defeats fake-devil, only to stop short upon realizing it's Danny Rand. Rand then proceeds to deliver a TKO.
Hercules is beaten by Clor, before Storm short-circuits his ass.
Falcon delivers a Nighthawk beating.
Reed and Sue say screw it, and leave, trying to work things out between them.
The Final Battle: Spider-Man delivers a well-earned knock out on Iron Man.

Iron Man was talking to Cap in a field of some sort, when the anti-reg ambushed Tony and pulled out Cap. Spidey was amongst them, as were a few other heavy hitters (sort of). Either way, Tony was easily handling them, when Spider-Man thought he felt his sense go off behind him, and then Tony hit him from the front. Spidey was a little confused why he didn't feel Stark in front, but in back. Stark explained that he knew how to not only trick Spider-Man's spider sense, and not only cancel it altogether, but he can now use spider sense in his own armour. Then proceeded to turn invisible, kick more butt, and then told them all to go home, and he wouldn't call his troops in, because he keeps his word.

These are al the heroes present at the battle in CW 6-7, there may be more heroes but I am only listing the characters that I have actually seen. Cap looks to have the numbers, but Tony looks to have the power advantage, but like I said there may be more characters present than shown in issue 6, Clor is not present in the battle (so far).

That would be cool, but I don't think it will happen...unless he has his helmet off.

It won't happen. Mistress Gluon is right(is that a surprise?). The last issue of Iron Man, Tony revealed that the Iron-Spidey suit not only showed Tony how Pete uses his Spidey-Sense, but Tony used that information to make his own type of danger sense. Basically all the writers are getting lazy and the Extremis makes Tony God.

The anti-reg beat on the pro-reg, but the pro-regs pull a "Rocky" and win in the end. I think it's pretty much confirmed by now the pro's win anyway. All the hints point towards it.

What I think will happen is that because the Pro-registration side has Sentry they will be winning in the beginning then when Thor shows up Tony will think it is clone Thor but really is the real god of thunder and turns the tide, giving a major ass whipping to the pro side. But during the battle someone will die. Someone whose death will have a bigger impact than Goliath's (yawn) death. Maybe Cap.

Wow, lot's happened since I've been deployed. i knew that Spidey would be the one to switch sides, he's the one most confliceted with this. I knew that suit was too good to be true and I'm glad it showed how crafty Tony is.

I am glad that Civil War is ending.
It'll be interesting to see who really wins, though.

Spider-Man beat the living crap out of Iron Man 2020, who had a much more technologically advanced suit then his ancestor does, so anything is possible.

Peter may yet find a way to counter Tony's new-found "spider-sense".
