Fox owns the rights to the X-Men, Fantastic 4, and Daredevil universes and will be making any films involving those characters for the foreseeable future

Yep and they lost them or gave them back in exchange for only distribution rights. Marvel got those rights back. Marvel also got back Luke Cage, and Iron Man. Probably Deathlok too.
