Well, this is about the DoFP cast..
That's below the belt.
Much like this:
Yeah, I considered that, but... Those other pics tell the tale though. LOL
Ya know...I think I forgot how handsome Daniel is. He's never really gotten the proper focus in this franchise. It's like he's there...and yet he isn't.
Out of the cast, Daniel is probably the one I would go for in real life. I likes them tall. But yea that moustache tho LOL
Daniel Cudmore is hot hot hot!
Not nearly enough femme in this thread:
I was begining to wonder If I was only straight guy In X-Men boards
I don't consider myself a part of the X-Men boards ;P
but I won't miss an excuse to Google Ellen Page.
She looks like Shadowcat in this picture!
All those fassbender pics make me think that after Craig. he would be a great James Bond
Well you have to take into account why the X-Men has such a gigantic gay following: we can relate to the characters because many people believe that gays are "a growing threat within the human population" (as eloquently stated by the President in X2) and we are feared and hated as basically being....well, "mutants". And many of us still have to keep our true nature a secret from those we love.
So it's no surprise that there is a dominance of gay male users on this board. However, thankfully it's not US who have a problem with accepting others...so straight guys are just as welcome as anyone else.
We need the some pics of the Goddess herself, Halle Berry!
This woman is beauty personified!!!
There are plenty of straight X-Men fans too. Many minoritys can relate to Mutants.
With all the gay fans on this board you have to wonder why they worried about Storm being In film so much.
I have absolutely no idea what kind of point you're trying to make here. Nor am I sure I want to know.
Because being attracted to your own sex obviously means you couldn't care less about characters/actors of the opposite sex.
That's a very ignorant statement Marvelrobbins. I may not be gay and even I can see that.
Besides people didn't want storm in the movie because they wanted to see her double D's. They wanted her in the movie because they wanted to see their favourite character done justice which has no relevance to a person's sexuality.
Well, I can't speak for anyone else, but I loved X-Men from reading the comics as a small child, way before any ideas of sexual identity. Maybe I always felt like a mutant, alienated from the rest of the world, it's possible.
I remember loving the new line-up that arrived in 1975 because they were so varied and interesting. And because I was into science especially biology and physics, the mutant powers fascinated me - the idea of human evolution, the specifics of electromagnetism and weather. No surprise that the elemental mutants with power over earthly or cosmic forces were my favourites - Magneto, Storm, Polaris, Phoenix - but I liked all of them and the stories Claremont told. Chris's descriptive writing appealed to my love of English language. My English teacher would ask where I heard a certain word that she had read in an essay, and it almost always came from the X-Men comics.
So that's why I like Storm, and also over the years because I am in favour of equality (and giving ethnic minorities an equal chance).
Not the least bit obsessed with Hugh Jackman, even with all his muscles etc. I don't really find much sex appeal in the X-Men movies at all!
You must all be serious If you thought that was a completly serious comment when It came to Storm
Let's face it, the X-Men films to date haven't been sexy ENOUGH!
A few more hotties wouldn't go amiss. lol
add an emoticon next time then. it helps us interpret your statements better.
I'm straight and Storm is my favorite member of the X-Men. Although I'm not a huge fan of Halle Berry, nor of her portrayal in the movies (maybe with the exception of X2), I'm happy to see the original actress back in the role one more time, and hopefully see my favorite character done justice this time. I couldn't care less about sex appeal in X-Men at this point. Although I'm glad Jennifer Lawrence is here, because I have a huuuuuuuge celebrity crush on her.
