David S. Goyer is gone from The Flash.

Good, he's a good writer but I don't want Ryan Reynolds for Flash.

Crap. I hope there'll be some progress on getting this thing done right.

I just hope a Flash film is made, I don't really care about Goyer.

Sheeshh...they're just droping like flies aren't they?

I hope he gets to do that parallel/alternate universe comic book movie (I think it was called Unique, but i'm not 100% sure).

Sounds like WB is getting ready for spring cleaning.

Wow.
WB is cleaning house and brooming everyone...

Good.
I want Ryan Reynolds as Wally, though.

Goyer's a good writer, but a crappy director so this is good news for me.

I also don't want Ryan Reynolds for this. He should play Deadpool instead.

Dangit, I hope what WB wants isn't ultra campy and stupid.

Good and bad news. Good that he isn't directing bad that he isn't writing for it.

I won't be surprised if Singer decides to leave too :whatever:

Well Goyer and Whedon didn't decide anything. WB didn't want their scripts.

Well thats the end of Ryan Reynolds.

No worries though. By the time this thing finally starts scripted, Ryan will prolly be like 40 something -_-

Here's a crazy idea...why not have Geoff Johns and Mark Waid write the Flash script?

If only. But they arent producers and the film's writers will like be the producers or people selected by the producers.

And generally hollywood producers are dumb.

It's disconcerting to see that WB doesn't trust some talented people. Is there any possibility DC could get their own production company like Marvel has or is that impossible given that Time Warner owns DC?

I discussed that with Jim Lee when I met him.

I wish they could but seems impossible. WB has DC on a leash.

I'm very disappointed to hear such bad news. Allright, I'm going to confort myself reading the WW spec script by Jennison & Strickland.:woot:

Ouch. Well, this can either be a good or bad thing.

What i dont like is how he said that WB didn't like the direction his movie was going in. I mean, he may not be the best writer in terms of details like dialogue, but I certainly liked the general outlined I'd heard. I think he said he wanted a movie with both Barry Allen and Wally West, which I really liked. So if they had just not liked his skill as a writer that would've been one thing, but I hope they dont have something planned that's completely different.
