Days of Future Past

Did anyone else feel, say about ten minutes after the Danger Room sequence was over, "Damn, I'd REALLY rather this whole friggin' film was 'Days' "?

I don't think Days should be attempted until the X-Men characters are more established although the DR scenes do resemble what I would expect Days to look like if it were done.
