GRRRRRRR, as much as I hate to do it I vote Superman. He's nearly as fast and has so many other things going for him and if Flash makes one mistake Supes takes him out.

No, telescopic vision allows for pinpoint accuracy and he has fairly good control over the heat output so there would be very little chance of any collateral damage.
