Hal was under the influence of Parallax as of Green Lantern: Rebirth's retcon, too. (Which sort of makes you wonder how he fooled God into having him atone for nothing as the Spectre, but whatevs.)

Weren't Mary Marvel and Cassandra Cain brainwashed?

In Countdown Mary Marvel specifically chose to be evil about four or five times. I know Final Crisis she was possessed but it was a totally different "evil" in that.

I honestly don't remember how Cassy ended I just remember the Robin story.

In many cases of hero turned villain later retcons show that they were influenced somehow but at the time I don't think that was planned.
