Are we going by "good" as per a "universal" definition, or personal enjoyment?
The two blend together for me but I liked some films others may consider "bad". These films aren't equal in their "goodness" or "quality", but here is the list of DC films I liked, with most of them being good ones:
Batman (1989): My favorite Batman movie, I love just about everything about it, sans one or two criticisms with the third act, that surprisingly work well in the movie for what it is (making it with the thought that "what if this is the only Batman movie ever made?" in mind), IMO.
Superman: The Movie: Beautiful film, still holds up very well, one of the best ever made, only thing I really "dislike" off the top of my head is the overly self indulgent "Can You Read My Mind" sequence (the flying sequence is fine though).
The Dark Knight: Great film, less "speeches" from many of the characters would be great and more character driven dialogue that the characters themselves would say instead of making them say things that sound like discussions people would have about the characters rather than something they would actually say.
Superman Returns: Only complaints: Superman's illegitimate kid and Superman doesn't punch anything and they beat him up ridiculously, oh, and the god-awful forced Christ analogies, other than that I liked it a lot and thought it was well made, I think the flight with Lois is great, the plane rescue at the beginning was cool, and the parts where Superman averts crisises in Metropolis, the montage and towards the end, I thought they were all great, and would have liked to have seen more of them, and I thought Routh's Daily Planet Clark Kent was very good.
Man of Steel: Only complaints are lack of character development and poor story structure, the dialogue was poor and I did not care about anything that was happening as much as I wanted to, other than that, I liked it a lot, still digesting much of it - movie needed more of a heart (oh, and I hated the forced Christ analogies - AGAIN). I also really, REALLY hated the SHAKEY CAM. Cavill however was fantastic as Superman in the few Superman moments he's allowed to have in the movie, I hope he's given more of them in the next film.
Superman 2: Lot of cheese in this one but there are a lot of great Superman moments in it for me (re: diner scene at the end, Superman asking the general to step outside, etc), so I enjoy it.
Batman Returns: Wish there were more Batman and less Burton in this, but I enjoyed much of it for what it was, even if it is inferior to the '89 film, I still find it very entertaining, although I do wish Burton would have just made a movie about his character creation called the Penguin and then done the comic book version of the Penguin in this film instead of trying to amalgamate the two because he was too selfish or disinterested to do another BATMAN movie.
Batman Begins: I enjoyed this for the most part but at times it is colossally boring, the fight scenes are badly shot and the shakey cam is bad at times.
Watchmen: I thought this was okay, too many things were omitted/condensed and I didn't like the unnecessary gore porn when what was in the book was fine the way it was and would have worked better than what they had in the movie. A little disappointed with this one as it's not quite the "masterpiece" I thought it could be, but I still enjoyed it nonetheless for the most part.
The Dark Knight Rises: I enjoyed it as a movie, but, like Batman Returns in some ways (but worse), I missed it being more of a "Batman" movie (re: Batman is in it for a total of like 18 minutes while the movie is almost 3 hours), plotholes are ridiculous. Catwoman was awesome and done right for the most part, even if I'm not a fan of Anne Hathaway's casting.
V for Vendetta: Like this a lot, prefer it to the book.
