I remember that argument. Vader vs. Jesus. I also remember getting into an argument over the very same quote I have.

In fact he's gotten into another argument about pacifisim and the like on the KOTOR 2 social.

Yeah I remember that arguement too - about even a pacificist would defend friends and family from attack if they were in a life or death situation

moral high ground vis a vis your love for your family - your family comes first

changing his surname would mean rewriting his whole backstory and negating a large chunk of feudal Japanese history where the Yashida clan plays a part in the battles of Oda Clan and their leader Nobunaga
