I first heard about this at the Amazing Con here in Vegas. From what Rob Liefeld described about the 3 minute test footage, it is going to be awesomely done and R rated.

I definitely think it's time to forget that abomination in Wolverine and welcome the Merc with the Mouth! Please discuss.

As long as Deadpool is in the entire suit and with the swords and make it a R rating film with a lot of action I would be there to see the movie even if it is Ryan as long as he does better at that than GL and after that no more superheroes for him.

Deadpool is a Marvel character, so this thread should be in the Marvel board. And as Teelie said, there already is one there. Maybe the mods can merge the two?
