Psylocke is the resident X-Woman turned villainess in the movies! I really wonder the thought process in all of the three times, they made her a henchwoman or some random goon against the protagonists...

I mean I just assume its going to win all of them anyway so no need to watch the Oscars next year.

At the very least it should get best animated short film. :o

Anyway it doesnt need to win any awards, it already won the biggest prize it could, out hearts. :hehe:

I haven't watched the film, online yet.

But there are plenty of clips from the movie in my feed.

I aint paying 60 bucks for a 4k set. That is outrageous. At that price, I may go digital only. I can wait for D+ at this point to watch it again

There’s more than just the steelbook edition. The normal 4k is going to be regular price.

Even that was 40 last I looked. Which is absurd to me. The price creep on discs is bad and this isn't like a boutique label release. It's a standard release. At those prices I am waiting for D+ and maybe buying a digital copy when they're on a sale

To each their own. These prices usually drop anyway in a couple of months (Disney though I’m not sure about). Digital I never really feel like I actually own it. More like lending lol

I ideally feel the same way, but the price creep is becoming too much. I can't afford to buy even close to what I used to anymore, and if we're starting at a 40 dollar baseline, I am starting to get priced out. I got kids and such.

I rewatched it last night and something that didn't notice the first time around is the sheer amount of "f***s" in this movie.
Not gonna lie, it was a bit distracting last night.

I personally think new movies coming out in DVD/Blu-ray should be 40 America dollars maximum. I know these prices usually go lower especially after a year, but anything more than 60 dollars is just not practical to me, especially when there's streaming services available and dvd/blu ray players aren't that prevalent in tech stores anymore except for gaming stores that sell the disc version of PlayStation and Xbox, and those stores don't sell movies as well.

Unless its like a collector editions with several physical bonuses like a thick photobook, menu sleeve, stickers, extra layers of paper/plastic packaging, then more than 60 dollars would be reasonable to me.

Physical media should be more affordable than ever Imo, as plenty of people moved on from Physical media. Discs are still cheap if I'm not mistaken. So an affordable price would be a big incentive for those who aren't that in the mood to grow their dvd/bluray collection if they ever had one. More than 60 dollars, and you're just turning people away to not ever go back to physical media.

Scored my Walmart exclusive and waiting for the Wolverine Steelbook to arrive!!!
Steelbook is sold out it seems everywhere here in the UK at the moment. This thing is so damn popular, its crazy.

Didn't get steelbooks or anything. Was just happy to get the standard bluray and get back to watching this movie again. Yeah, it's just fun!

Also getting a good kick from the commentary. Too bad they didn't have Hugh there too. But still good commentary. Love cool little details and clearly they had a blast making this movie.
