    So I guess the title is literal. The BT's are people somehow stranded in death. An echo of some sort. Trapped between the present and the past in "Hades". And the BT's can pull the living into these rifts in spacetime. Without a "Bridgebaby" whoever is pulled into Hades is trapped. Some people however thrived in Hades and became warped by it, and dont want this problem to be fixed.

    That's my takeaway from that trailer.

    Has it been confirmed what BT stands for? I think BT's stands for Bi-Temporals. Since the entities arent entirely in the present space time. Either that or it's just an abbreviation for "barely there" since those entities are just barely within the the world's spacetime like a ghost. I'd be interested to know what BT's are called in Japanese.

    I haven't played Metal Gear before but this is an open world, the characters look interesting and I think this might be a contender for goty nominations. I'm considering to pick it up next year.

    After playing Last of Us, Spider-Man, God of war 2018, Horizon Zero Dawn and Detroit Become Human (in that order), I'm definitely going to pick this up especially I still have few 2019 games in my waitlist. And I'm going to play Metal Solid Gear V soon since its creator is the same guy that created this game.
