I know I mentioned this in another thread, but I thought I'd share the irony/pain/humor/fear of this newest reality show to warp the minds of Americans...

Let me remind you, the best part is David Hasselhoff is a judge on this show...as hosted by Regis Philbin. Heaven help us.

"America's Got Talent," the new TV contest that promises to feature a grab bag of singers, dancers, comedians and more, has an eclectic panel of judges to match.

Brandy ("Moesha"), David Hasselhoff ("Baywatch") and British media figure Piers Morgan will be scrutinizing aspiring stars for the NBC series set to debut next month, the network said Thursday.

The program, from "American Idol" judge Simon Cowell and FremantleMedia, the company that produces Fox's hit singing contest, will be hosted by Regis Philbin. "

Dave has all the qualifications to be on this show. He has no job, former fame, and borderline talent. I mean, Brandy? As a judge of acting talent? The depth of her acting experience comes from a friggin' WB television show. That makes Hasselhoff at the very least Tom Hanks by comparison.
