"Yeah, I saw that when it was called Stripes."

Cause you see Stripes and Police Academy are the same movie. Difference is that Stripes has soldiers and Police Academy has cops.

Stripes and Delta Farce both feature soldiers but they are two completely different movies.

When Phat Girlz or Soul Plane came out, did people on this board say it would only appeal to black-trash ghetto blah blah blah racial slurs blah?

I guess I am just pointing out double standards. Its ok to use a racial slur like white trash redneck but use a racial slur against a minority is unacceptable, and its ok to generalize about certain demographics but not others.

As for racial slurs, I'm basically poking fun at myself, because I am from the South but I don't find Larry the Cable Guy funny at all. I don't think anyone from the North or anyone else not part of the Southern white demographic it's aimed at will find Delta Farce funny.

Well, they did release Slow Burn (made back in 2003!) and The Condemend(sp?????) in theaters. If they get really desperate they'll release the new highlander film in theaters.

Its like they have the punisher 2 and there just sitting on it while they release all kinds of crap.

I will say this though. Later this year there releasing 2 JA pics (Good Luck Chuck and the Eye) So i'm not all mad at them.

I have some mild en...interest in seeing Delta Farce. Will try and catch it at the 2 dollar theater on base or rent it on dvd. Trailer is better than expected imo and I do like Bill Engval (the other more FUNNY guy from Blue Collar)
