In further news, details on upcoming episodes of Batman: The Brave and The Bold were revealed over the weekend at the Comic-Con International: San Diego 2009 event, including other heroes slated to appear in upcoming episodes. Upcoming characters include B'wanna Beast, Captain Marvel and the Marvel Family, Detective Chimp, Doom Patrol, Enemy Ace, Firestorm, Haunted Tank, Metal Men, Starro, Vixen and Viking Prince. Superman and Wonder Woman are still possibilities for the future.

The Batman: The Brave and The Bold episode "Mayhem of the Music Meister," scheduled to air Fall 2009 on Cartoon Network, was also screened at the Comic-Con International: San Diego 2009 event. The episode, written by Michael Jelenic and directed by Ben Jones, features a full orchestra-composed score.

"Mayhem of the Music Meister" also features the introduction of the villain Music Meister, along with appearances by Aquaman, Black Canary, Black Manta, Clock King, Gorilla Grodd, and Green Arrow.

Check out the Batman: The Brave and The Bold subsite here at The World's Finest for a complete collection of Batman: The Brave and The Bold coverage. Stay tuned for further updates, including exclusive content and news.
I'm not too happy about the 'Music Meister' episode being slated for the Fall. I was hoping to get these last four eps out in the Summer, have another hiatus and then kick back up in Fall with the Dini goodness.

However, the Doom Patrol, the Metal Men, Starro and Viking Prince? :shock
