I actually hope she drops the baton and becomes more martial arts-y along with getting the canary cry as a power in someway. Doesn't she get it through a neck-bracelet in Young Justice? Something like that built by either STAR Labs or Palmer.

I'm sure she's a metahuman in Young Justice. I think I remember her talking how she did her first canary cry in school, nearly deafening all her classmates, and how scared she was.

So I was promised we'd know who Laurel's trainer would be in 3x13... did I somehow miss the point? Who is it? I think that was a typo on my part. 3x16. Sorry.

Or self defense classes? I get they want to stay "real" with Laurel but she should be better then they have shown. Not by much of course but decent.

in the comic's & all the animated series she was indeed born with the canary cry brave & the bold, JLU most of the ones that explored her past with the latter tv . it's just with the CW live action show that they are doing what was done with static shock.

As fore her boxing lesson the only time that was sort of used was with the second count vertigo as we all saw but after she got pissed over her guilt which made her face. the writers are keeping locked to the police night stick. the only hope is for a other bang baby event via the flash's star labs some how oh & just cause dr. well's said he won't do it again to Iris, it doesn't mean it won't happen again & it doesn't have to be him to do it ether as well

Do you guys think that Laurel should get her Canary cry in "Arrow" or in "The Flash" (Crossover episode)? The reason why I ask is because given on how "Arrow" tries to stay more on the realism side (Idk why personally), I wonder if they may just have her obtain her ability on "The Flash".

For it to be less redundant, I think it would be better if this time a freak accident giving Laurel the canary cry happens at Palmer Tech, but as long as she gets her powers, I can accept it happening in The Flash.

For it to be more cohesive, I think she should get her powers on Flash, the same time Vibe, Killer Frost and The Rogues do.

It's still kind of hard to believe that she's really the only major hero/good character in "Arrow" that hasn't had any scenes with Barry where they exchange dialogue with each other.

With Cisco be spotted interacting, or at least being near Laurel in those BTS pics for episode 18, I think it's much more likely that Cisco will see her using Sara's Sonic thing, and find some way to improve it for her in the future, maybe even giving her something to wear around her neck.

When Malcolm smacked her around with ease and mocked her as a lame copycat it really emphasized the fact that she needs a complete overhaul in her look, as she does feel like she is trying to be somebody she isn't. A new costume and maybe losing the wig would help IMO.

Starting with the three parter, Laurel's become one of the best parts of the show for me.
