I'd prefer Nolan stay away from the DC-verse. He supplied three great films, and that's enough. Don't get me wrong: I love his work, but right now, the DC-verse needs people who believe/embrace the fantastic aspects of the characters, instead of trying to ground/secularize them.

The time for a third film has long since past. He's pretty much booked for the foreseeable future, and WB does not want him anywhere near their comic properties. Having said that, I'd pay heavily for a copy of Batman: Triumphant, tho...or for DC to release a Director's Cut of Batman Forever. The fan-edit that hit the net showed how much potential there is in an alternative, less campy edit of the film.
