but when harry is having the pumpkin bomb thrown at him ,hes in like norman's shelter for all of his weapons from spidermkan 2,or at least it looks like he is.

if you puase it as soon as hes hit with it you see a row of pumpkin bombs on a shelf i think.

so maybe its norman who throws it at him since hes the only other who knows about it.
