As expected, the NCSC ruled to take RFK off the ballot by a 4-3 vote. Meaning that voters who requested ballots will now wait until late this month to get them.

NC Supreme Court orders RFK Jr's name to be take off ballots, mail-in voting delayed by weeks

The ruling means North Carolina is now expected to blow past the legal deadline to start sending out ballots by at least two weeks, at the cost of potentially $1 million to state taxpayers. The Supreme Court said those costs were worth it to avoid any voter confusion.
