Try living in the UK in the last two months we have has Snow, Rain, Sunshine
He must be in Florida then. Florida is the real hell.
Like, rain, sun, rain, sun, rain, rain, rain, rain, sun, sun, cloudy, sun, rain, sun, etc. all within 20 mins?

Global Warming is coming to eat you!
Psh we should trade places. where im livin were crackin the triple digits 2dayThe weather has been terribly cold where I am. Not only did we endure a record breaking winter in terms of snow fall but now it just won't warm up. It is Mat 20th and right now I am inside with the windows closed and am wearing sweatpants, sweatshirt, and a wool cap.
I am by no means a sissy when it comes to dealing with the cold, but this is horrible. Usually we are steady in the mid to low 70's this time of year, we're barely cracking 60 now!
Global warming my ass!

Who is Algore? Is he Italian or somethingIt's BS created by Algore and Proctor Gamble to be rock star famous.

They are natural as our Earth has undergone periods of heating and cooling. Ice Ages are brought on by heating of our planet through increased amounts of carbon in the atmosphere or unnatural phoenomenons like a comet striking the Eart. So yes, we will have another Ice Age but can we do something to prevent it? We are increasing the carbon in the atmosphere from pollution, burning fossil fuels, and utilizing forests filled with trees that convert the carbon dioxide into oxygen and the temperatures have risen a few degrees since the Industrial Revolution as seen by Arctic ice core samples. Why would we want to live through another Ice Age. Million, possibly billions of people and animals would die or become extinct? So why not play it safe and try to prevent an Ice Age by reducing our carbon emissions?I believe Global Warming and Global Cooling is a natural phenominon and is anything we do is a drop in the bucket. Really.
Just look at the temperature charts over the last 1000 years, a thousand years ago the average temperature was just as high as it is today.
Its a cycle.
If anything we should be worried about when the next Global Cooling will take place as the Ice Age could be starting with in the next couple hundred to 1000 years.
So...if this post isn't about global warming...why exactly is it in this thread, again?Al Gore: Hypocrisy is his Inconvenient Truth
http://tennesseepolicy.org/main/article.php?article_id=764
That's right, after "greening" his Belle Meade mansion in Nashville (which he only did after this group publicized his energy usage last year--in all fairness, he did have to get the zoning regs changed to allow it), he STILL manages to increase his kilowatt usage by 10% in 2007 over 2006.
So, the guy who tells you that you need to sacrifice and use less is still using 20 times the electricity of the average U.S. household (in this mansion, alone--he has several more).
But, hey, as long as he's rich enough to buy carbon offsets, why should he have to really sacrifice?
Note: This post is about Al Gore the Hypocrite and Al Gore, alone. It is not an attack on Global Warming, so don't try and reframe it as such.
I think it's a bit full headed of Americans to think that their burning of fossil fuels is affecting the globe on such a scale. Has increase in civilization and industrialization increased greenhouse gas. Yes. Is it on such a scale that people should be told how much energy they can use. No.
No offense to Americans...but a majority of Americans think their **** doesn't stink....which trust me, it does.
