That's not good.
Less than a week after being ousted by the Tennessee House of Representatives by the Republican supermajority, District 86 representative Justin J. Pearson has just been reinstated by a unanimous vote.
Good. I'm very glad. He shouldn't have been ousted to begin with.,
They should be investigated. I fail to see how ousting those two guys was legal.Politico - Feinstein's condition sparks concern she won’t return to the Senate

None of the repubs even showed up. A real show of courage no matter what they would have done.

He'll basically be appointing the next elected senator. If I were him, I would appoint someone who guaranteed they wouldn't run in 24......aw......who the hell am I kidding? I'd appoint Katie Porter.Agreed. Maybe there should be age limits, you know? Like 85 or something. Doesn't have to be low like 65 or anything.....When you are holding up judicial appointments, can't do your damn job, and only have about a year and a half left in your term, do what's best for the country and step the EFF aside. The Fetterman case, for example, is a completely different deal.
It's something.....At least I heard she asked to step down from the Judiciary Committee.
