Is Bachmann's rebuttal an official GOP rebuttal? Or is she just speaking out of turn?

No, she was very clear to make sure that that was not how it was seen....the Tea Party asked her to give their rebuttal, and she agreed....whoever covers it, as she said...."covers it".


I don't see it as rude, unless she is giving it at the same exact time that the GOP are giving theirs...if that is the case, then yeah that is rude....but doesn't even compare to the "Shadow GOP Convention" of 2000 starring John McCain....
