My take is that the SCOTUS might or might not be tilted for an extended period of time. At this point, I don't think it would be politically unpopular to expand the court to 13, but the Dems have got to be in power across the board to do it. winning back an OH or MT is pretty much off the board so ground will have to be made up elsewhere.Forget it for the next 4 years (and probably more). We're stuck with them.
