I wonder what this means for future films. Films already at certain Studio's will most likely stay under those studio's with character's that haven't been put on film being released under Disney?

This isn't that scary. Disney owns a ton of things that don't suck. Like Miramax films which made movies like:

Dogma
Clerks.
Reservoir Dogs
The Others
There Will Be Blood
No Country for Old Men

None of those movies sucked so I see no reason why we should expect the movies to get all Disney-ie. This is just a business move.

I mean really? What are we worried about Marvel gave us Spiderman 3, Wolverine Origins, and the first Hulk movie.

I don't know about that. I'm sure all properties under other studios will stay intact, which can be good or bad depending on how you see it.

Why would Disney obtain Marvel and not use Marvel names and trademarks. The reason that Disney buys Marvel is to make money, lots of money, off of names like Iron Man that just had a pretty good film that fared well in theatres.
