Disney to bring us The Stuff of Legend

Kind of a darker, period piece Toy Story. Basically their owner gets kidnapped and they come to life via some dark realm and rescue him, but they end up becoming life size, and with all their real world weaponry and abilities intact.

Third world studios? haha. But yeah, that does look pretty awesome, surprised by how dark it sounds.

The series is amazing. It's got a great dark tone, that doesn't really shy away from that much violence (one of the toys is even killed off at the end of the first novel), and has some really good characterization and action, and a really creepy bad guy in their Boogeyman. I can't recommend it enough.
