DivX Player...how do you take screen caps?

Is there a way to take screen captures from videos as they play in the DivX Player? If so, can anyone explain to me in simple-to-follow terms how to do this? I'd be grateful.

I dunno about Divx player, but VLC Media Player has a screen capture feature.
