Do any all characters have a real size model

Like Bumblebee does? Or just Bumblebee, the rest of them are totally CG made. If so, why Bumblebee only. I remeber seeing a giant Megatron (frozen one). Just curious about this. I looked up at several threads, not sure it's asked before.

Pretty sure they had Optimus Prime's head (mo-cap blue though), Megatron's arms and legs, parts of Blackout, and parts of others. That's it though.
