are you afraid of death?or nervous about dieing?....becasue i am :(

I don't fear death because I know the Lord will take me home. It's life I that fear the most.

This is a good question. One that I think about a lot, particularly when I'm in my bed and I can't sleep.

On one hand when you die, you might just fade from existance...which is pretty terrible if you ask me.
On the other, it happens to every single living creature on the planet.

So I'm not afraid of death, I'm more nervous about death.

:O i hope he takes me where he takes you

I think death is exactly the same way as it was before you were born.
You don't exist

Think about it, it's quite creepy

Let's put it this way...I want to try and live forever or get frozen until someone finds the fountain of youth.

Sometimes I am, sometimes I'm curious as to see what happens next.

I don't fear death itself because I know where I'm going.
I am just afraid of how I'm going to die and when, so maybe I am afraid. :(

I hope I die when I am 99 years old due to body shutdown.

i hope i die in my sleep i'd hate to die awake then i'd know whats happening then i'd panic

Death would be a relief. Life can be tedious alot of the time.

I used to be afraid of death and dying. Sort of like being afraid of nuclear war. I just eventually put it out of my mind.

Also, I allow myself to believe that it is ok to die. That there will be something interesting after life. If there is, great, if not, I won't know. But While I'm alive, I don't think about the second possibliity. It helped me with my fear knowing, and imagining, the GOOD things that could come after life.

Being a spirit that can explore the world. Being able to be "alive" with other spirits. Perhaps becoming a type of energy. Whatever could help you get through the night. Don't think about the negative possibilities. They won't happen. If you're a somewhat curious or adventurous person, the only way to find out what's in the next world is to go there. Live here, then move to the next world and explore.

anyone who says there not afraid of dieing is either lying, doesn't comprehend the meaning of death, or is living in there own mind.

Death doesn't really bother me; you could even argue that it's as natural an ocurrence as life. It will happen when it does and I don't really dwell on it much.

How I'll die does make me wonder occasionally though.

I'm not afraid of dying, I'm just afraid of how I'm going to die...

I'd hate to die delirious in a nursing home, but I'd also hate to die too young.

Heart attack at 75 sounds good to me

please believe me, please believe me, those do follow me.

Same here. If I was told I was going to die I in my sleep I woud have nothing to fear, maybe regrets.

You have the perfect Screen Name for someone on a "Do you fear death?" thread! Kind of ironic... especially if you don't know the old meaning. Then it's just spooky!

I don't fear death because there is no use in fearing something that in enevitable.

Yeah, I know the different meanings, but like I've said before: I didn't choose this name because I had some type of god-complex. I'm usually just obssessed with finishing things that I start. . .is all.:)

I worked on a project called Grudge, it was a predessesor of one named project blue book.

These things are real.
