Do you think Marvel could eventually do movies like Tales of Suspense?

Like, just a movie where two of their heroes team-up. Like how we're getting a World's Finest/Public Enemies movie in 2015 with Batman and Superman. For instance, have a team-up film featuring just Captain America and Iron Man and call it Tales of Suspense like the old Iron Man and Cap team-up comic. Or a Hulk and Ant-Man team-up movie and call it Tales to Astonish.

That's a great idea, and similar to one I've had for an Iron Man/Hulk team up since Tony and Bruce became BFFs in TA. Feige is looking for a way to re-launch Hulk and fans have embraced the Science Bros in a huge way, so it's definitely a good prospect for a one-off or a franchise kickstarter for Hulk.

Yeah an Iron Man/Hulk movie would be a great way to get Hulk back onto the big screen with a lot of time to himself while also giving RDJ a reason to do more films as Iron Man outside of the Avengers, since a big thing of his is that he was getting too old to do a lot of the Iron Man solo stuff...although I don't think that's going to happen realistically with RDJ as Tony.

There's nothing wrong with the idea but I can't think of any pairings in particular I would find as interesting as the idea behind worlds finest.

Maybe if they paired up a really popular character with one on the cusp like iron man/captain marvel?

You mean just like batman/superman is half a justice league movie?

I get what your saying but the difference is that because the avengers has already happened, there are relationships between the characters that are already established. Now those relationships can be developed even more. Hell, maybe even lead it into the next avengers movie for that phase.

I am with pairing iron man and the hulk together formsure. I think you could possibly put iron man and ant-man together and have it work. Pair a lesser known character with a publicly well-received/well-liked character like iron man, could give ant-man a boost in the eyes of the general audience. I also wouldn't mind seeing maybe a pairing of Thor and hulk. Watching a movie where they're constantly trying to one up each other. Who wouldn't want to watch that. Maybe do what the comics are doing now and pair iron man with the Guardians of the Galaxy.

The thing is there hasn't been an live-action JL movie before. A Iron Man/Hulk team-up movie would have been a great idea if we haven't seen those two team-up before with other superheroes.
