Most people panic at the littlest thing.

I was on a metro train that broke down and the lights went out for all of 10-15 minutes and the lack of adults keeping it together, had kids in tears. I just sat there hoping my bladder would hold. I don't know if it's because it's DC and ground zero,but nothing will be accomplished if we can't think straight.
