The shape is almost a mockery of the Vishanti symbol or maybe a silhouette of sorts.

So the last prelude comic is out, it's a lot better than the other two I think.
It goes into Kaecilius' backstory and his motivations for wanting to alter time.
I doubt any of this makes it into the movie, but it's a relief they actually made a personal story for him unlike Malekith or Ronan in the movies.

The concept art made me pretty convinced it's Dormammu's silhouette.

That sounds good. I hope there is a really nice build up with Strange from accident to his enlightenment. Strange I feel is a character where seeing how he comes to be and how he sheds his old life, is REALLY important. So spending a good chunk of runtime going into that seems appropriate to myself.
