about Stranges little sister, I found her arc to be incedibly emotional and I so wanted this to be part of the film because it makes you connect with Strange emotionally I love when characters suffer and her sisters arc was beautiful in a lot of ways seeing Strange get inspired to become a surgeon after saving her sisters life as a kid then becoming a surgeon and not being able to saving her sister who dies under his hands and the guilt this brings adds so much to his arc

I misheard what Cumberbatch said I'm afraid. What he actually says is

“Strange is incredibly arrogant, brilliant, sort of extraordinary and his need to control fates, to control destiny and in particular death has brought him to the high of his profession as a neurosurgeon.”

The "need to control (in particular) death" could come from his sister anyway, but I thought he said something different when I posted that.

Ah well still holding out hope even though I know deep down it's not going to happen. His sisters arc is the one thing that stayed with me if it's not in there, most likely isn't, I'll be a sad panda.

Great featurette! I was really looking forward to this movie but the trailers and even the sneak peek on the CACW blu ray were incredibly underwhelming. This probably couldn't be helped since a lot of the effects probably weren't done a the time, but that whole city moving montage just wasn't the right hook as a set piece to put in the trailer cause it just wasn't impressive(sorry too much like Incepetion for me). But this feature? Finally I am excited again.
