Just watching the 45th Anniversarry Doctor Who Confidential episode which announced Matt Smith as the Doctor and how much has happened since Matt came on board.

What did we finally determine the previous thread was numbered? Because if we're at 13 or higher, it's time to bust out the "Not Really The Doctor" Doctors. The Valeyard, the Dream Lord. We can go outside of normal continuity: Curse of the Fatal Ninth, Ninth of the Shalka, Dr. Who, etc.

I vote "Cushing's Far-Out Blue Contraption."

Nope, the last few just went past super quick because of the big thing about the spoilers for Name of the Doctor, MOTHER ****ING ZYGONS, and Capaldi being cast.
