Does Anyone Remember Marvel Epic??

Talk about a failure of an idea. LoL I was trying to find the old icons and such from back during the time when the EPIC line was going to be the new thing for finding new talent, but it's like all traces of this business venture have been omitted from the records. They were too proud to just put an asterix by them.

I remember the Epic Illustrated Magazine, which lasted a few years.

It was pretty cool. Kind of Marvel's version of the old Heavy Metal Sci-Fi/Fantasy magazine....

I think the Epic line of comics kind of sprang from THAT, if im not mistaken.

The ORIGINAL Epic line was great but the new Epic line was a complete ass explosion from day 1.
Though I will say Trouble was a really good read. I think the only reason fans didnt like it was cuz it wasn't a super hero book.
