I hate phrases containing ispeak like "epic". I can't stand channisms and Encyclopedia Dramatica style "drama". Am I alone in this.

More specific please. What brought this subject on?

And since when is "epic" a phrase?

I don't like when it crosses over into real life.

PSA:

It's not cool to call you girlfriend a noob, or say something like "I'd like a #4, and Super Size for the win!"

I will say I have hated the word noob since its creation........I hate it still today.

I once punched a friend of mine in the face because he called me a noob. Its easier to do that when they aren't on the internet.

Moral of the story, never call someone a noob to their face.....or you'll get punched in yours.

Why? Because I see these moronic memes everywhere.

Epic is a word used to make phrases containing epic.

LOL!

I agree, epic doesn't really have anything to do with the internet. ... it came along longggg before the internet.

Epic is a great song by Faith No More. nuff said on that.

Such as, but not limited to: Epic fail, epic win, that was epic, pix 4 epix pst
That kind of epic is annoying, but if someone says something like "I hope the Thor movie is epic" I have no problem with it.

Sometimes when I'm talking to my brother, I say things like "lolz" and "For the win", but thats mainly because we're both nerds and think it's funny.

Lol.. Y-you thought I meant epic in the way gay means happy.

normal people, who don't blog or spend half their time on the internet in chat rooms and forums like this, don't use the word noob. If you call someone a noob in real life, then you're basically outting yourself as a nerd and asking to be kicked in the nuts.
