Does Ironman have spider-sense?

Does Ironman have a "Spider-Sense" now? I remember he was able to make Spider-Man's spider-sense go bonkers, but he was able to dodge his attacks and mentioned something about being able to mimic it I believe. Does he have it?

Bendis probably put the ability into his armor because, according to Bendis, Iron Man's armor can do absolutely anything. He probably has an extension specifically suited to beating God at arm-wrestling, I bet.

I kind of find it sad that Iron Man had to even use it to defeat Spider-man. IMO Iron Man should be able to take out Spidey pretty easily.

I think shell-heads "spider-sense" revolves more around his ability to seemingly be in the right place at the right time when it comes to listening in on conversations from possible defectors to the rebellion...or to know where the Sentry was hiding??? How'd he know that?

Just another reason why I don't like Iron Man. If he had the technology to do that he would have done it long ago. I hate rich, gadget users.
