Superman Returns Does Jimmy know?

What's with the look Jimmy gives when he takes a pic of Supes holding the DP globe. Looks down at the camera, looks up, says wow or something. Does he realize that Supes is Clark at that moment or is he just saying, "Wow, I finally got a good picture?" Thoughts? My friend and I are debating this. I think it's the latter. I just wanted to know if anyone else thought it was a revelation moment?

I'm pretty sure its "WOW I GOT A GOOD PICTURE." Its more obvious in the novel, Jimmy is afraid of losing his job and what not. The only thing I can remember about this that was in the movie was when the kid has better pictures of Supes with his camera phone, and Jimmy has that blur in the sky.

he just realized that he got the most iconic shot in the film.

Superman descending with the DP Globe onnhis shoulders like Atlas the Titan. very iconic

that's all true

but at the same time
jimmy knows...

not only would that explain his hard on for clark
but also it would set up the whole Jimmy Olsen best friend thing

Hi...a newbie here,
maybe they will show that Jimmy knows CK is Supes in the sequel.
Well, Jimmy accidentally snapped a photo of Clark looking/facing down(with Richard) in the DP, and also got Supes pix with the DP globe on his back. Noticed that Supes was looking/facing down in that scene,hmmm...:supes:

I think Jimmy's reaction was in amazement that his camera acctually captured the photo's his eyes were seeing.

Superman right there - upfront like Atlas with the world upon his shoulders.

I would have liked to see the Clark telling Jimmy before hand tho some words of encouragement - about ...."How to keep trying."

Like in the SR novel - I don't think that would have taken much time to show, and plus I belive could be understood by many.

But .......Jimmy's persistance in the end to not quit, placed him where he was at that time - the perfect time, when all the other photographers were running for thier lives.

Jimmy was there with camera in hand and eye on the action.

In the right place at the right time - It was Jimmy's oportunity to recieve that perfect opportunity.

He never gave up - reguardless.

I think he's amazed at the picture he just took.

If Jimmy was to know about Superman, it would be in the scene when he cracks the photo of Lois, Richard, and Jason.
