Don Bluth, the man who directed these films:

An American Tail
All Dogs Go to Heaven
The Land Before Time

He's doing a Kickstarter so he can put together a ten minute pitch for a Dragon's Lair animated film. He's looking to get $550,000 so that he can try to obtain $70,000,000 in funding to make the film itself.
This is one of the all-time great animators, worthy of mention amongst the likes of Walt Disney and Hayao Miyazaki. It's been over 15 years since he had a theatrical film.
I'd love to see him get one more shot at it. If he still has a little bit of his old magic left, it's well worth my $15.
