I'm gonna pull that dude from Jury Duty.

I had a neighbor growing up who pulled this. She was the little old lady in the neighborhood who was kind to all of the kids and was the sweetest person. She was called for jury duty. I remember her talking to my mom in the street and remember her telling my mom that she got thrown off of every jury she was called for because she told the judge and the court during voire dire that she “hated everyone except white people.”

I remember my mom looking shocked and saying “but I never thought of you as racist.” And the old lady giggled and said “I’m not.”
