I've seen that with man/men too. Usually I ignore it on message boards but a few times I've seen it in professional publications too.

Right now I can't close my right hand into a fist without pain. Even bending my fingers too far hurts. And if I rotate my wrist/elbow/shoulder the wrong way it pops and hurts.

Need to get a wrist brace soon.

I had it in both hands for a long time. Got surgery last year. Had to wear the braces all the time especially to sleep, otherwise I'd get maybe 2-3 hours a night and my hands would go numb.

I do but it was already too late before it progressed. Once I can afford to get the surgery done I'm having it. Fortunately mine isn't bad unless I overstress my hands which today I have.

When mine started getting bad I switched to an ergonomic keyboard and vertical mouse. Took a little getting used to, within a couple of weeks I could tell a difference. Was off the braces in about a month. Been mostly pain free for years, although a long gaming session might stir things up a bit

I guess the lesson is, if any of you are starting to feels those pains, don't try to tough it out or accept it. Change things up fast before they get bad/permanent.

I do, I've barely been on the computer today though so it's little to do with that in this instance. I only noticed it when I clenched my right hand a little and it hurt.
