7pm Los Angeles time. I'll know more Sunday, and also whether it will be broadcast live on-line.

It'll be at the Egyptian Theater. It's invitation only and the picture I put up is the cover of it. Doug's supposed to be there tomorrow night as well provided nothing goes wrong. I'm keeping my whiskers crossed that he makes it.

Yep, Doug's going to make it. He's flying in from Vancouver, straight to the press junket from the airport, then on to the red carpet, screening etc. Then probably straight back to Vancouver from the premiere in the wee, small hours. There is a chance he'll get to stay home, but it is a very small one.

Even if he has to go back, it won't be for very long - he should wrap on the film very soon if he heads back to Vancouver, and then home for Christmas.

Watched the interview....he seems like such a great guy and now that he is the Silver Surfer, I can actually look at him and see that he is that character...a great character actor for the last 20 years...I think this will work....

Great to finally have a voice and mannerisms to put with Jones' face.
I can understand why they cast him. It does sound like he could do the Surfer's voice justice. :up:

Yes, but we still don't know if his voice will be the one we'll hear on screen.
