Maybe there could be a supervillian team up(Lex and Joker, Tess and Scarecrow, etc), The Batman was learning about The Blur from newspaper reports from Smallville up and was able to deduce Clark's identity through great dective work(tracking where the super speed leads to, etc). This Batman is from Batman Begins/The Dark Knight, a few fan fics I read, and the Bruce Wayne tv show(

He has a prototype costume(all black costume, black utiliy belt, black combat boots, leather gloves, ski mask with small but visible bat ears, and he coul wear a flak vest or something before he chose a more iconic bat costume) and when he see the batcave it could be in it's early stages(a few wireless internet computers that is connected to the files of the FBI, Waynetech,Gotham Police, and Arkham Asylum, police scanners, mini forensic lab, gym, weapons for his war against crime, and places for his motorcycle and/or batmobile). bruce could know some skills(taekwando, kick boxing, wrestiling, Ju-Jistu, Judo, Gymnastics,etc) but this is his first few months in as The Bat-Man. We could see the problems of being a vigilante such as be and why Bruce wants to be a vigilante and chose a bat(this time no one finds his parents killer which motivates him). At the end Clark realizes that Bruce is just a normal human who uses theatatrics, coming out as a specific time in night(10 p.m. -6 A.M.) to let other people think he is a demonic monster, and Gotham might benefit from what Bruce does so even though they still don't like each other and might be worse enemies they become more of the iconic World Finest team and Clark asks Bruce to join the JLA but Bruce says that he will only
Wonder Woman: Diana and Clark could be intrested in each other a little. She doesn't like men that much but she has a big crush on Clark. Clark feels the same way. She could be hunting down a criminal that stole some greek artifacts from Paradise Island. Clark could use his powers to help. Clark learns that she is an amazon princess and he has trouble deciding betwen Diana and Lois. At first he thinks she's from Krypton and Diana thinks he got his powers from Apallo, the sun god. He gets her to join at the end but He realizes why he like Lois Lane even though WW is the perfect woman.
Hal Jordan/Green Lantern(guest starring Bart Allen and Oliver Queen): Hal
has been traveling around the universe as well as America for a 1-2 years so he has experience with alien and cosmic life and being a super hero/galactic cop. He could be fighting alien life. Clark could meet the Guardians or Ollie could be a friend of his in college. Ollie or Bart could ask Hal to join and he accepts. Hal could think Bart is just the impulsive sidekick while Bart think Hal is an arrogant soldier(their relationship is similar to the JL/JLU relationship and the relationship Barry and Hal, Kyle and Wally, Wally and Hal had in the comics). We could see what Bart has been doing post Jenry's death(probally saving people in Keystone as the Flash wearing his Impulse costume and glasses as well as working as a Keystone Police academy student with Forensics).
