Dual-band Wireless Routers

Do any of you have a dual band wireless router and what are it's advantages in your opinion? I was thinking of investing in the Linksys WRT610N:

Here is another similar Linksys router but I am confused as to what the advantages of the one below is to the one above. Features wise, they look identical?

This may help you with it. I don't have one because none of my laptops have a wireless N card.
