Back when I was on K-site I almost suggested a forum for older posters. Then I found exactly what I was looking for here. Somebody break out the group hug icon.

Me too Lara. I still haven't watched all of the season 3 DVD. I've seen the episodes zillions of times...I wanted Tom in the extras. I 'knew' he wasn't in there, but still I held out hopes that he'd still have a teensy comment or something for the fans' sake. The deleted scenes were good. But, I really want to see bloopers from him in season 4.

Yeah but there has to be at least one with MR and I adore Beeman. I bet there will be more.

I'd rather them wait for Tom to be less busy and hold up the dvd release, than have it without him..if that was even a possibility. It really sucks though..I'll just wait and see if he's in any of the extras before I buy it this time.

They should wait, I'd be willing to wait to make sure he's on there.

He's the first lead for gosh sakes....

But a thought just occured to me, maybe he's doing one for the season finale....

That sounds like it will be a trip of an ep, so that would be good.

I just wish we didnt have to wait so long for it to be released over here in the UK. I only got around to buying my Season 3 boxset last Sunday

Yeah, but Transference? he really should be on that, since his was the most interesting of the two performances, which is a compliment to both actors, because JG gave Tom so much to work with.

Serene, if you're still having problems logging in to K-Site e-mail me: [email protected] and tell me your username (is it Serene?) or whatever, and I'll have it re-send your password.

That goes for anyone who's had login issues at K-Site. Sorry about that.

Craig (still happy to have Triplet reviewing!)

Awesome. Thanks, Craig. :)

Just in time too, I decided to try and catch up on Veronica Mars so I was going to check out your NeptuneSite as well.

Maybe he only has time to do one, I woulda loved to have him do Transference but I'll take what I can get.

If he does any at all, that is....

 :(

Thanks, Craig.

Happy to be reviewing...

I think things are going pretty well. I haven't upset too many people, I don't think. At least my PM's and the forum reactions all seem pretty positive.

Although some Schneider fans didn't like my "he's phoning it again" comments on Spirit. ;) :D

But that makes me curious: If you got complaints about me, would you tell me?

I can take it, I'm pretty opinionated about some things and don't mind defending my point of view.

You may not be after I turn in my Ageless review... ;) :D

Decided to tone down the rant and include it in the review, but I want to see the ep again before I send it to you.

Bump. ;)

I know season 4 isn't even over yet, but what would you want to see on the DVD? In terms of features and commentaries? Since the DVD is currently in production, most likely. And sometimes MARVEL and DC visit these boards- what would you like on the DVD?

Personally:

> Comic book to screen: The life of Lex Luthor (celebrating debut of Onyx)
> Faster than a speeding bullet: Red and Yellow (celebrating Flash cameo)
+ Would delve into JLA, special effects, cast interviews, adaptation of another DC
legend

Commentaries:

Run (Tom Welling, Actor who played Flash, Alfred Gough, Miles Millar)
Onyx (Tom Welling, Michael Rosenbaum, Alfred Gough, Miles Millar)
Commencement (Tom Welling, Michael Rosenbaum, Kristen Kuick, Alfred Gough, Miles Millar)

I'm a little torn when it comes to the commentaries. Part of me wants Tom to participate so I can hear his take on the scenes, etc. However, I think I'll enjoy the fact that the producers, co-stars will be able to discuss Tom's performance without him being there listening in on them. I think Tom get's a little quiet and sometimes even embarrassed about other people's take on scenes. Can you imagine if he had been listening in on the Memoria (tank scene) commentary, and all the remarks that were passed back and forth? I think I'll enjoy hearing what everyone had to say about Tom's performance in some of my favorite episodes without them having to worry about embarrassing him or putting him on the spot. I mean think about it: Annette O'Toole is going to be part of the commentary on Crusade. If Tom was part of it, what do you think everyone is going to say for the beginning of the episode when he's naked and in the hospital? If you remove Tom from the equation, you might get some insightful tidbits from everyone involved that you wouldn't get if he were present. (Just a thought.)

However, I hope that show more behind the scenes filming on the DVDs as well as adding Tom to the gag reels.

Thanks for posting that, the cover looks nice, but why include an ep from The Flash?

I looked the show up, it's way old and only ran one season...

Is it cross promotion for the new film Goyer's doing? (or supposedly doing?)

Probably cuz the Flash was in that season, from a POV

DING DING DING! We have a winner! :D Yup its the same reason theyre including a Lois Lane retrospective on the DVD's with interviews of all the past Lois' (sans Hatcher of course, who's too good for that now that shes been rescued from career hell, but I digress...)

Love The cover, reason :-------NO LANA LANG :p

Lana was only on the 3rd Season cover, Tom was all by his lonesome on the other two.

In case it seemed like she was on more than that... ;)
