DVD cover:How can you tell whis is WS or FS

Judging by DVD covers, how can you tell which disc is widescreen and which is fullscreen? From what I see, it doesn't say on either DVD cover. I'm only wondering because I don't want to pick up the wrong one when it comes out next week.

It will always say on the back. If you're still not sure, go ahead and ask the cashier to double check for you.

hi. first post. yes, i have wondered this myself. it is very strange for the studio not to have the label on the front. can anyone post a pic of the back cover so we know exactly where to look?

the special edition is widescreen, and the walmart edition is widescreen.

That i know for sure. Maybe on the back it says widescreen or fullscreen.

The Widescreen version will have an aspect ratio of 2.35:1 so check the aspect ratio on the back of the DVD cover to be sure.

I have heard some people say that the standard covers will indeed have the ws/fs labels on the front top cover.

I guess it works the same way it did for serenity and probably other dvds. online, the covers look the same and there's no label on the front, but if you go in the store, the front label is on them.
