Hey, anyone know where I can find a good program that allows me to create DVD covers? (The ones that allow you to put the 'skins' over a model, showing you how it would look as a DVD/Blu Ray disk case/Hd DVD case)

i wish i could help you but i would actually like to know a program that works for this dvd cover making task also!

imandix allows you to show your work on a 3d model but you have to work to its set sizes the main lot of the design is done in an art programme such as PS or PSP

You can download the templates for free for Photoshop if you happen to have that. Also, I believe In Desgin (or maybe it's Illustrator) have the templates built into the program.

with the template i used yes, the template is just used in PS. imandix just gives it a 3d look
