DVD or Blu-ray of the following titles, please

Simple put: I have a list and I need to see which to get of which of, and here is the list that have conflicted formats:

CASINO ROYALE
EDWARD SCISSORHANDS
EXORCIST
RAMBO
ROCKY BALBOA
SAW (all)

I will update if I have more titles to ask, but which has more in the extras? Because I know blu-ray isn't the answer for every title, right?

I have all these titles on blu ray , they have all benefited with the exception of the saw series which have a certain look that makes it hard to notice a difference.

Casino Royale is a must on blu ray. The free running sequence is visually stunning. The special features are great.
