So what do you think MS has up it's sleeves this year? Will there be a bunch Kinect love? New Live features? Secret exclusives? Post your predictions and wild theories here.

I'm predicting that this E3 will be even more of a disappointment from Microsoft than last year. Microsoft's showings at other conventions along with the lack of rumors just doesn't give me any faith. I'm thinking that they'll show off more Kinect games, new features from Live, maybe a new game or two, that's it. This E3 is going to belong to Nintendo. Again.

they need to invest into more exclusive blockbusters for me, the loss of the likes of mass effect must of annoyed them. I'll go for:

*Kinect Star Wars release date
*Full reveal of Codename Kingdoms
*Forza 4 demonstration
*Remedy title trailer
*Sega exclusive Kinect game
*Youtube coming to 360
*Price drop

I'll just copy paste my predictions from the general purpose E3 thread.
Microsoft
I predict they'll be banging the Kinect drum pretty hard. Showing more casual games, and even a few "...but don't think we've forgotten about hardcore gamers!" games as well. I think Rare will probably have a new game on display, and if Microsoft has any sense it will actually be something pretty cool and not just another off-brand Wii Sports. I suspect they'll also try and get a piece of the "free to play" market and announce something Home or Free Realms-esque.

Outside of Gears 3 they don't have much in the way "core" games on the horizion, so I imagine they'll demo that for a while. They'll definitely have a remake or some kind of update of Halo: Combat Evolved to celebrate ten years of Xbox and Halo. There will probably be a Call of Duty demo, and since Activision's got all hands on deck to get it out this fall I suspect they'll play it safe and it will look exactly like the last four. Microsoft will continue to pretend that CoD is exclusive to their platform.

Overall, I expect a fairly flaccid show from Microsoft. I hope I'm wrong though.

YouTube will never come to the 360. Microsoft and Google pretty much hate each other and Google has pretty much partnered up with Sony and the PlayStation platform.

Is YouTube on the 360 (or PS3 for that matter) that big of a deal? I guess I don't care about my l33t skillz enough to upload videos to it...

I do think that both systems are going to get massive price drops. I wouldn't be surprised to see 199.99 units after e3.

And... just because it has to be said every year...

"Bluray drive add on for the 360 announced and shown!"

Considering how Microsoft and Sony are adding more and more features to their consoles, I think that some would see it as a big deal. And considering that the PS3 already supports YouTube, I wouldn't be surprised to see them announce a YouTube app for the PS3.

Judging by the lack of rumors surrounding MS, I predict that they really have something up their sleeve, or absolutely nothing but Gears 3 and Kinect love at most, along with the offhanded new system features as others had said. Hopefully we'll see something surprising.

One thing for sure I expect from MS is even more Xbox live features in which will most likely be Kinnect exclusives!,Which I'm cool with since I have one and am a fan But there's potential for more features for all players.

3 or even 4-way video chatting would be awesome for me!,I video chat with some people on Messenger or other players in video chat and so I think it could be cool to go in a small xbox party with all three or four people able to join in video chat together!!

FM Radio being improved/more news categories in MSNBC News and MSN messenger being improved(looking much more like the real thing on computers)could be options too!!!

One thing I'd sure love is a Comic-Book store feature,Able to search for some old&new comics from DC and/or Marvel(and even Dark Horse)then you can pay(whatever it costs right now at comic shops)for an issue or specials like issues#1-5 for $5 or something and view them in different screen sizes like from medium to the whole screen and pressing A to go to the next page!

I wouldn't be surprised if Halo 4 is announced kind of like how Reach was announced a few years ago with just a teaser telling us it's on the way. Codename Kingdoms will definitely be there in playable form as will Star Wars Kinect. I'm guessing there will be a few core Kinect titles as well as new Kinect features and xbox live features.

speaking to people on xbox live, some feel a bit underwhelmed by ms' strategy with kinect being more of a focus. its hard to balance the two since they made a lot of investment with kinect but as far as personal taste goes, i love the xbox live service and what it does, i just feel they need to bring some games that aernt either just halo or have multiplatform dlc.

games like gears/mass effect/alan wake/forza was a start of something promising but it seems to have tailed off. i like the ps3 - sony, psn and ps3 fanboys not so much. they do invest a lot of first party stuff, which i respect them for, with a good online service like live i feel ms needs more games like the warhawks, killzones and uncharteds.

Iv used YouTube on my ps3 twice. Deff not needed.

Oh and another thing for a feature,Would anybody like IF they announced Internet browsing for the 360??,Like for PS3 But better such as having MSN messenger on it and making it like how it is in real life on computers and able to explore websites better than PS3!?

Skype option would be great too!

well not needed But not really a bad thing to have, you don't like it for whatever reason But I know others including myself who loves it and using it on full-screen for TV!

Iv not once, had a need to watch a youtube video on my tv. Same goes for Facebook, iv got my computer for that, i dont need it on my dashboard.

ok fine But it's not all about YOU though!,there are tons of people who just loves using Youtube/Facebook&Twitter on it for many reasons.

IF you personally don't like, good thing you don't have to download it and so you won't need to use any of HD space and thus not affecting you at all IF it's on the dashboard!

Expect Microsoft to detail how Skype will be integrated into Xbox Live.

Youtube on the 360 would be an amazing feature IF Kinect was more than the "crap" it is

Imagine Kinect being able to film you and then post your videos on Youtube?
That would be great...buuuuutttt....Kinect can´t film, hence that it´s crap.

As for what to expect from Microsoft at E3?
Unless they have the most amazing press-conference ever, what i KNOW will happen is that they will put another nail in their coffin when it comes to the rest of the world, because, outside the US, no one cares for the Xbox.

As for games?

Kinect....Kinect.....Kinect.....Kinect....Halo remake.....Kinect......Kinect......Kinect....Kinect...Halo 4.....Kinect....Kinect.....Ki..naaahhh.....more media in the likes of ESPN.....Skype.....Kinect....oh yeah, didn´t i meantioned Kinect?

Now is this the 'final' nail you've been speaking of for the last 2 years? Or is this just yet one more nail, with many more to follow?

The 360 has been doomed since it's launch. Where have you been? :p

You want to quote me, that´s fine, but at least quote the all sentence

Well, in this case is a fact.
The Xbox doesn´t sell in Japan and is outsold by Sony in Europe on a weekly basis, hence the..

another nail in their coffin when it comes to the rest of the world, because, outside the US, no one cares for the Xbox.
....even with the all PSN hacked fiasco
