EA makes attempt at sucking more this generation

They shut 2005 editions down when 2007 editions come out now, they shut down 2007 editions when 2008 editions come out next. It's all an attempt at forcing people to buy new textures and a roster update at $59.99. This is why Microsoft should have just let them stay off of Xbox Live instead of giving them a free pass and letting them have their own servers.

It felt down right weird to say that an EA Morrowind inspired LoTR RPG stands a chance of being better then Bethesda's own most recent Morrowind game that just came out under a year ago.

The surver shutdown is a little stupid, but it's one more incentive for people to buy the new full priced version that comes with improved graphics and a new roster... yearly sports games show really be like 29.99-39.99 or something...

It felt down right weird to say that an EA Morrowind inspired LoTR RPG stands a chance of being better then Bethesda's own most recent Morrowind game that just came out under a year ago.

It'll be even weirder when that game manages to do the things that made Morrowind fun, rather than ruin them in the name of fixing problems that didn't exist in the first place ala Oblivion.

I'M GLAD THEY'RE DOING THIS, BECAUSE IT SHOULD HELP WITH THE LAG ISSUES THAT EXIST WITH ALL 'EA' GAMES ON 'LIVE'. BUT YEAH, 'MS' NEVER SHOULD'VE COMPROMISED 'LIVE', AND ALLOWED 'EA' TO HAVE THEIR WAY. THEIR GAMES ARE, WITHOUT EXCEPTION, THE WORST GAMES TO PLAY ON 'LIVE', AND IT'S ALL BECAUSE OF THEIR CRAPPY SERVERS.
