I've been hoping for another Earth 2 book. Even if it is just a weekly, I'm excited for it and can't wait to pick it up

I hope this means that the main book can go back to focusing on the original characters introduced.

I like the new Batman and all... But can I have my Jay and Alan back?

we need more Earth 2 books, too many characters to fit into just one or 2.

With a weekly it's like having 5 a month. Just a shame Earth 2 isn't worth reading anymore.

After building up the new Wonders of Earth 2 as the last, best hope, I'm kinda bummed it seems they ultimately failed miserably.

Hmm, I've actually been enjoying Earth 2 since Taylor became involved. Prior to that I thought it was awful.

Anyway, I've been looking forward to this. I'm just hoping it has nothing to do with Future's End which has been god awful.

Really? Im the opposite, I still enjoy the series but it seems as if it has just become a glorified Superman/Batman E2 series now.

that's exactly how I feel. I wish we could have see James Robinson deal with and develop Wildcat, Red Tornado with Mathilda "Ma" Hunkel or Maxine Hunkel, Jakeem Thunder, Fury, Green Lantern, Flash and Hawkgirl coming together and becoming the new Trinity etc and them becoming the JSA before we saw Val-Zod, Lois being Red Tornado, Thomas Wayne Batman, etc. I like the ending with the evil Earth 2 Superman being Bizarro since they knew Superman couldn't be that evil and unforgiving but still it's not as good to me.

Supes being Bizarro seemed to be such a cop out. I wouldnt have minded if we had a Superman that Darkseid was able to break after years upon years of brainwashing.

Yeah clearly I don't think that would've been the direction James Robinson would've taken with it. It's nice to have Val Zod as an actual Superman for this Earth from here on out though. Also liked that it was pretty much the formation of the final roster for this Earth's JSA once and for all with Alan still standing tall as the leader.
